I bought a 2002 accord with the f23a1 had a miss on three so we checked spark getting that to all four pulled the cap on the plug on three no rpm change went down the list to fuel pulled the fuel rail noticed injector on and three were rough so I replaced them and redid the wiring on injector three I get 12v power to one injector pin and 0.04 to my pcm side compression test says all four cylinders are running the same compression cables look good it has to be a wiring issue but I can’t find where any ideas?
