TLDR: Multiple times to start. Randomly dies, especially when flooring it.

I'm having a little issue with my 1999 Honda Accord. 246k miles. 2.3L. 5-speed.
Lately it has taken a few cracks to start, and when I'm accelerating hard (which I always am) it will die and not start back up.
I thought it was the main relay, so i replaced that and its still having this issue.
Would this be the fuel pump?
No codes. We've had it since 140k and have never done a fuel pump.

 

if it seams like it is starving then dies when you floor it it is most likely your fuel filter plugged.

 

If you think it's a fuel problem it's probably an electrical problem.

 

If you jiggle the key with the ignition turned to ON do the dash lights turn off or blink? Don't turn, just pull the key UP and DOWN, push it FORWARD and BACKARDS.
With the engine running do the same(parked), if the car dies then it is most likely the $15 electrical ignition switch has finally crapped out. Common problem.
