Yesterday I had done some front end work to my car and noticed a small amount of oil leaked onto the bottom of the car. Thought it was weird, moved on. Went to take it up the hill to go get gas; made it half way up when my car turned into a freight train. Pulled off the side of the freeway and the whole backside and underneath were covered in tranny fluid. Made it home, after towing, looked underneath again but there's no obvious spot where the leak is coming from. I lost all gears, probably from the fluid spewing all over. I don't know if my car has a trans oil cooler, if a line came off of it. I can't find where the problem is. My car has about 195.000 miles on it, so it shouldn't have any issues with the trans yet. Right? Does anyone know where (or if) a line would blow off and where it is?
