Default Best wheel spec for best fitment

So I'm looking at getting a new set of wheels but not sure what specs I should run. Right now I'm running 15x7.5 with +15 offset on 195/45/15 toyo's. They poke out a bit and I'm not able to tuck them without camber. I'm wanting to stay in 15in range for what I'm doing. I run the dragon from time to time, and like to do touge. I just want a nice clean and flush fitment and hoping to hear and see what other people are running so I can get an idea of what to run

195/45/15 is already an unusually small tire to run on these cars. 15x7.5 isn't an extremely wide wheel either, but you could down size to a 15x6 or 15x6.5 and run 205/50/15 tires.

Your 195/45/15 against the 245/40/15 I have up front in my car would be a funny comparison.

the reason for the weird setup was when I first got my ek a year ago, previous owner had 17s on it. so i took my wheels off my teggy and switched them. Originally i was running 55s but they rubbed really bad and i couldn't go as low as I wanted to. I'm not looking for like slammed on the ground but a good track setup. I plan to run 205 later down the line but I'm stuck on what wheels I want and the specs with offset. I know I want 15×7 or 15×7.5 but not sure on offset

On our cars, for 15's, generally somewhere between +25 and +35 offset is ideal.

My '95 EJ has the seven spoke OEM 14" alloys with 195/60s on them. I have been thinking about going to 15s so I can shelve the OEM wheels, and maybe pull a little more laterally along with the fresh suspension just put under it.
Knowing the tire sizes and wheel specs we can getaway with stock-ish setups, really helps. Thanks.
My coupe has new adjustables. and I dropped the rears 1.25" and the fronts .75". It is taking a little getting used to but damn it's fun.
The ride is like that of a little slot car, it does not slide, it turns.,, I am probably going to upgrade the brakes next. >;^D
