Fuep pump not priming. I got 12 volt to the pump clip, got Continuity on black wire to chassis. I connected the pump straight to the battery and it turned on. Ive tried new relay to. What else can be tried? Another ecu?

Okay so i was able to get a hold of a working ecu and still nothing no priming.

 

Bad main ground(s).

 

Where would they be located so they can be tested?

 

Thermostat ground.

 

I jumped 1 and 7 and nothing, i jumped 5 and 7 nothing and the cel stays on. But i put the relay back the cel goes away.
