Hey I have a 99 Honda Civic SI. It has auto transmission and it’s been blinking, and when it blinks the RPMs go up and down constantly when at a constant speed. I’ve unplugged and plugged some stuff and sometimes it stops the blinking, other times it doesn’t. When it stops, it stops for a few weeks then starts again. Anyone know what I can do?
