The intake manifold will just be pretty, the throttle body will hurt your performance, the intake and header will pick up a few horsepower and the exhaust will just make things louder.

You should skip those mods and put a D series JRSC on.. I seen one FS on Face Book 
I once owned a brand new D series JRSC kit, I sold it years ago unfortunately!
