I have a 1997 Accord Ex and it needs a new CV Axel on the drivers side. What brand would you recommend buying? Rock Auto is hard to beat on price compared to Auto Zone and Advance Auto Parts, but is Cardone, Trakmotive and APWI good brands compared to Duralast Gold and Carquest?

Side problem, when I start the car I hear a buzzing sort of sound. Usually last for about 5 seconds goes away and does it again for like 2-3 seconds and then its over with. I took a video of it but not sure how to share on here. I bought this last year with 75k on it and I really want this to last a long time so I am fixing as I go right now.

Any help with the CV axle brand and my side problem would be much appreciated. Thank you!

 

Cardone is a known brand, usually they remanufacture the oem axles, so if the price is right worth considerting.

What i usually do on rockauto is click info on all the ones i might be interested in to check the warranties and see which one offers the longest one
