Hey, I have a 2006 Honda Ruckus and about a week ago I noticed that while I was riding it seems like there is an issue where my top speed caps at 15 mph. I have checked the carb and air intake on it and they are both fine. I even tried to do an ecm reset but I installed an NCY CDI box and the ecm reset doesn't seem to be working properly. Is there something I'm missing or possibly something wrong with the CDI box. Please Help!!
