Default D16z6 Hard start after rebuld

Hello there!

Long story short

Bought a Honda civic EX 1995 with a conecting rod welded to the crankshaft, no block damage at all and it was only welded in cylinder 1

It has a stock D16Z6 engine that i had to replace the cranckshaft for another from a D16Y8. Rectified everything and put new parts

Got new ngk plugs from manual specification, new oil, coolant, oil pulp, water pump, etc.

When i first tried to start it, cranked but didn't start, spark plugs were wet with fuel. Cleaned and tried again but no way to make it starit

Then i installed old spark plugs that came with the car ( a Bosch ones (not even in the manual specifications)) it started but idles real bad and won't stay on not even stepping on gas pedal.

Things that i checked:
Distribuitor time is right
Time belt its also on time (when i installed it i checked it like 20 times because i didn't want to take it off again)
Ignition coil, primary resistance gives me 1,2 ohms and secondary 16,5 k ohms (weird for me because its out of parameters but i think it is because room temperature)
Injectors, i cleaned and tested all of them because there was so much carbon inside the intake (also cleaned intake)
Fuel pump works because i hear it start when i turn the key and when i take injectors off after a try, they spit fuel everywhere

Don't know why don't work with new plugs or why don't idle. I don't have check engine light on or codes

(Sorry for my bad english, don't judge me i can't even make a honda work)

Make sure the Ignition timing is correct, you need a timing light gun. Also make sure the spark plugs are gapped correctly, you can usually find the gap specs under the hood on a label with more info.

That is something that i noticed, the gap in new plugs is bigger than the old ones i think that is why only started with the old ones, i will try to adjust them to a manual specification. Also i don't have a light to set ingnition time but i will ,try to do it by hand
