Icon5 Is this 1998 Honda EK1 a good deal?

Alright so I've recently got my Ls and I've been browsing cars on Facebook marketplace etc. I saw this EK1 for around $3500 AUD (2,335 USD) and I'm wondering if its a good deal for a first car. I am in no particular rush to get a car but this seems like a good deal to me? Like I said I have no clue what I'm talking about nor what I could be getting into with this car.

Here are the images of the car and the description the seller provided
desc:
'Honda ek 1 1998
manual
236,000kms

Just got serviced, no major damage to the body, but the regular honda red has faded on some panels.

Drives smoothly, I have full service history and is a perfect daily.
It has the rare mid spoiler, which I'm told is hard to come by.

Most important thing needed done is a new radiator and central locking needs looking at. Few other smaller things needed, but that's to be expected.

Firm at 3.5k at the moment.
This is ideal for someone who is set on a civic and is willing to put some work into it.'

Looking at the pictures I was thinking it was gonna be listed between $3000 - $4000 US so $2335 is a good price imo based on the provided info. Not sure how the market is for them over there but it'd sell quick here in the states, especially if it has A/C, no rust holes, clean title, runs and drives good. I would be concerned about the radiator needing replacement though. It would be a good idea to check the coolant for head gasket sealer and make sure there's no unusual smoke coming from the exhaust or engine oil deluded with water. It could have been overheated and the guy doesn't want to spend the money on a head job. Just do your due diligence and you should be fine.
