05 civic lx special edition - Missing male o2 downstream sensor
EDIT: I apologize, I realized after I posted this I did the wrong form.. however I am new here and cannot find where to delete a thread
I am needing to inspect this 2005 honda civic lx special edition in NY, and in order to do that the check engine light needs to be off. However, this downstream o2 sensor missing is throwing the check engine light. I have taken this to two shop, where after a day of basic searching they were unable to find the other end. The cat, alternator, and exhaust have been replaced. Tutorials online for replacing the sensor just show bringing the cable from the cat (which I have that end) up through an opening (blue circle in one of the pictures) and into the male end. I do not have the male end. I know it is not a lot to go on but any guidance on where the male end could possibly be would be extremely helpful. I am willing to answer any questions, granted I do not know much about cars.
