Default Electrical issue 2000 Honda Accord mt

So, goes without saying, I blew it. I changed my shift cable, and while doing so, pulled out the wiring from the vss wiring harness. Not a big deal, but when I reconnected the wires, the speedometer wasn't working, so i thought maybe it connected the wrong wires, and switched some wires around which was dumb. So I fried something, but want to know where to start looking. I've got a few engine codes, po1298 (electrical load detector), and po135/141 (o2 sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 1&2). All door ajar lights come on, including trunk and brake lamp lights. The car starts and runs, but I'm not sure where to start on diagnosis: ecm? Fuses/relays? Vss harness? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Driver's side under-dash Fuse No. 6 (15A) is probably blown.

Fuse No. 6 protects:

Charging system, Cruise control, Engine mount
control system, Evaporative emission control system,
Fuel and emissions, Gauge assembly, Radiator fan
control module (V6), VSS (M/T)

Yes, the fuse you mentioned was indeed blown. Thank you! I will need to get a new one and replace it.
