Default Stuck in 4th gear

I have a 92 civic-swapped a b20 into it a while ago, after a while of driving the car one day I was cruising and I hear a loud smack or bang almost and then I realized it was stuck in gear.

I recently pulled the clutch, it wasn’t in the best condition and 2 of the springs were loose so I replaced it with a stage 1- new flywheel, clutch & pressure plate. Still nothing, it’s stuck in gear and even when it feels like I’m in neutral, if I let go of the clutch it’ll stall.

Not sure what else to do, has anyone had this issue?

It is possible that the selector tooth on the shift change piece has broken off... leaving you in the last gear that you were in at the time.
