Outer tie rod replacement, rod nut stuck
Sometimes the joint is just that worn out to the point that the ball joint does nothing but spin.
What I try first is that i use a joint separator fork, hammer it into place and see if you can get the nut loose.
If that does not work, I personally just use my ox-acetalyne torch and cut the nut off, but a great alternative is to use a 4" grinder and just grind it off. Be careful to not dig into the cast assembly.

Ha ha, no i was thinking it was the outer end on the hub.
Two really big wrenches. Two 24" adjustable wrenches
As LukeM stated, Liquid wrench or some penetrating oil like that, especially if you think that it is a rust/oxidization issue (Wd-40 is not a good penetrating oil). Mapp gas also works if it is a rust issue, placing a wet rag near the boot to soak up some of the heat. (yellow bottle of propane)
If it is not a rust issue, then it is a matter of brute force using large wrenches or a couple of pipe wrenches would work well.

It wasn't easy for me either when I had to replace driver side bellow over inner tie rod joint. Tried penetrating oil, hammering a 8 inch wrench and finally after heating it with lighter for a while somehow I got it to break loose. The job gets more harder while working on jack rather than a lift.
So it is not doable by one wrench? Or is there a risk I might damage something? Since I cannot lift the car too much it is quite hard to reach out with a too big tool.

Not much options here since using excessive force might damage inner joint, just go easy with penetrating oil and steady blows on the nut with a wrench. If you can lock somehow the tie rod, that should give you some leverage.
