Collision Repair Shop NYC
So with all the bad drivers in NYC I guess it was bound to happen...another car crashed into me. She hit the front passenger side of my 1992 Civic VX. I'm looking for an honest and fair collision repair shop to get me up and running again. Can anyone recommend one or two?
Thanks to all.
Thanks to all.
Basically garbage as a review resource. It's pay-to-win for businesses to get good reviews on there.
It's very hard in general to find genuine reviews online, a lot of shops will have their employees leave (sometimes multiple) positive reviews for their own businesses. Years ago I fell for "good" reviews on Google for a Maaco body shop, only to later find after having a **** load of issues with that shop that all of those reviews were fake. They all had the same verbage, from generic sounding account names, etc...
Unless you can find actual discussion on a business/company on a forum or other social site, I'm always skeptical now of any product or business reviews.

yes, it is a questionable review source as any review source is..
whether it be word of mouth, or online forums.
use yelp as a tool to find local shops.
- find shops
- visit shop
and if you like what you see and the quote they provide, then good.
if not, on to the next
