Icon4 Noise from driver side front tire

I recently replaced the brake pads and front struts to my ‘02 accord. When I drive I hear a higher pitched sound from the driver side of the car. I don’t think the sound was there before replacing these things but I didn’t drive the car much before as I just bought it.

The sound does go away when I turn to the right. I’ve followed a couple of the tests on YouTube for a bad wheel bearing but don’t get any play with the tire when trying to move it grabbing the top and bottom of the tire. Without replacing the wheel bearing yet are there any other tests or things anyone would recommend to check? Couldnt get a really clear audio clip but the sound is higher pitched. I appreciate any and all feedback. Thanks

Strange one, but check the following:

1. Check if your dust shield is rubbing on the rotor itself
2. Did you do the brake pad job yourself? Did you grease the slide pins enough?

1. I checked the dust shield and can’t see anything that might be rubbing.

2. I did replace the brakes myself. I added grease the the pins but possibly not enough. I didn’t change the rotors when I did the brake job. Could that be a possible cause?

Not replacing the rotors could be the cause, normally if you don't replace them you at least want to get them resurfaced.
