I have a 2003 Honda Civic. Just had a engine overhaul 3 months ago. Runs and drives great. I got in it a few days ago and there was no air coming out of the vents. Checked the fuses and relays, all good. Noticed that when I cranked it, radiator and cooling fan both came on for 3 seconds and then shut off. Thought it might be the radiator fan cooling switch so I unplugged it and used a paperclip to bypass the switch, both fans came on. So I replaced the switch, and still have the same problem. I noticed that when I bypassed the switch and both fans came on, there was still no air coming through the vents inside. Any advice would be appreciated.
