Hey Guy,
I have looked into changing over my bushes to polyurethane but I'm torn between energy suspension and prothane. I read that it's either people love or hate.
just incase I have the 4door lx

Reason: i forgot to add in the model
I put the red Energy Suspension bushings in the front end of my 01 Civic.
They work great.
The problem is getting things apart.
You will have bolts rusted into the old bushings.
I cut the one problem bolt out with a cutoff wheel.
A torch will be needed on the rear and I guarantee it will be a bitch to get apart.
I since had a shop R&R the rear two bolts so I could align the rear end and I am glad I didn't try it.
A hoist, torch, cutoff wheel and air hammer were all used plus 3 1/2 hours to get this done.
The $250 was money well spent.
Now had it aligned and it drives like a dream.
