Hi everyone,

I found out recently a few info for my car by using the vin number. Here I made some notes:

EK 1999 EDM
Country JH
Destination Region KG
Engine D15Z6

Backas was purchased with a non turbo D15B3 engine, an automatic tranny and ODB0.

I have read the threads from 2003 coming up on various forums, happy to see the websites for manuals shown, but to current date the links are broken.

Trying to save as much as I can instead of going to a garage. My D15B is currently damage (crank key way ate out the crank pulley, crank snout, etc). However, I am looking to get another D15B with or without VTEC not certain but I'm sure I am going to turbo it.

My problem is I don't know what to look for re the wiring colour codes, also I would like to be able to scan the ecu so I'll need to get it from OBD0 to OBD2.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
