Hello I am doing a hx auto to manual swap and I need to get a new ecu because my fuel pump isn't priming I already tried by passing the main relay but my question is during the swap I used my auto ecu and repin the connector do I have to change them back the way they were when I put in the new manual ecu or can keep it how it is
