Hey guys, I've got a 94 Accord having issues with my idle and cooling fans. Is there a adapter that I can use to plug into the data connector under the rght side dashboard and use my OBDll scanner. I don't believe my cooling fans are coming on at all, also put a new timing belt/water pump set on the car and it has the idle surge which was there before the repairs. The water pump was leaking and had to be replaced so I done it all while I was in there. And can anyone tell me how to get the rpm's to hold at 3k rpm's I've tried a few different things with no luck. Any tips advice or positive input would be greatly appreciated
