I picked up a set of used Accord horns to be used on another car with a single wimpy horn. When I apply 12 volts to either horn I get no toot! I have tested ohms on each horn, neither shows open circuit. Aside from testing these on my 93 Accord (well hidden), I am stumped as to what to try next. Thank you!
