1992 EX Idle Issues (Hot / Cold Variance)
Vehicle: 1992 Civic EX, D16Z6, auto trans. Stock vehicle.
Issue(s): Cold weather cold-start = idle @ ~2000 rpm. Hot weather idle at operating temperature = 500 rpm rough/feels like it will stall.
Do you think these issues are connected or just coincidental?
I have the workshop manual and have found a few issues as to what it could be (in addition to sifting through lots of threads), but wanted to pick the brains of the community to potentially save myself some troubleshooting time.

Your idle is a little high when cold, probably have to adjust your fast idle thermal valve. If your idle when warm is that low, your IACV may not be working, or someone adjusted the screw and closed it completely. Or your set screw is set too low and your IACV can only compensate for so much. Since you have the manual anyways, adjust your idle properly first.
