I was trying to read CEL codes through the two pin connector under the steering wheel, but then I accidentally pulled a wrong two-pin connector (yellow one) and I jumped it. After that, the car didn't want to start. Any ideas what might have been that and what could of have gone wrong? The battery and the starter are good, we checked them already.

Car stopped to get started following few days of occasional rough idle mostly at the begining, most probably due to my low usage of car, as it was staying at parking, so I thought that rough Idle might have caused by Fuel Supply issue, therefore two days ago I opened carefully the Injectors cover rail to check if there is any eventual cutted wires, but I found no visual issue there.
At this stage I tried to start the engine but car failed to start. Then I tried to clean the Injectors terminals by spraying Carb Cleaner and meanwhile I tried each time to check if engine gets on but engine didn't start at all while starter and Battery is in good condition, I checked Distributor , wires , plugs , Fuel Filtr, Fuel pump, Fuel pressure regulator, Etc but no result, I wonder if opening Injector terminals being cause for failing engine to run ? or it was progressive cause for car staying idle at home during few months ,
Any idea where should I look for ?

 

Check the fuses. It solved my problem. The alternator fused was blown and I replaced it. The car started without hesitation. Check all of your fuses in my opinion, I found out that my rear lights for the license plate had the wrong fuse and was blown too.
