Default B swapped

Hey all, I have a 91 sedan with a b20b and I'm have clutch issues, I feel the cable is too long, I have the 62 inch cable installed right now and no matter how much I tightenjit down the clutch doesn't want to engage all the way, I know the clutch itself is good I just need recommendations on what size cable to run, should I go with the 59 inch cable or the 60 seeing that the 62 inch is too long

If the free length of cable that hangs out the end of the casing is the same from 1 length of cable to the other, the pulling effect will be the same minus a hint of stretch. You could shim the tensioner holding bracket up with washers off the tranny to put more stretch on the free length to get more pull on the clutch release arm.
Maybe your cable holding bracket has been bent down not giving it the proper tension?
