PLZ help! Probs w/ Clifford 900IQ

Here's the problem -
I have the 900IQ. For some odd reason, it partially stopped working on me. It doesn't respond to the remote (I changed the battery and tried the backup, that's not the problem). I was thinking it may be due to two faulty remotes, because I can still control the alarm through the switch inside the car (those of you who have Cliffords know what I'm talking about). I tried contacting Clifford customer service so that I can find the nearest dealer but they don't pick up.
I havn't been able to find a shop that is willing to work on the alarm, since they didn't originally install it. I cannot locate the original shop that did the install, because the previous owner has yet to get back to me.
I need help soon...

Check out Movin' On Sounds & Security in Franklin Square (I think it's in Long Island). They sold Clifford products for a while and are probably a good source to get some info. Otherwise try contacting DEI and see if their customer service department can help. Good luck!
