2013 Accord valve cover still leaks after changing gaskets

2013 Accord valve cover still leaks after changing gaskets
2013 Honda Accord Sport
I changed the cover gasket and tube seals with OE parts. Also changed the PCV with OE one.
I noticed it’s still leaking, it’s moist halfway up the cover. Does not look like it’s coming from the tube seal or PCV area.
Given these are plastic covers does anyone know if it’s common for these plastic cover to go bad and possible leak from there?
