Default 95 Honda Civic D15B7 (Timing Belt Question)

If anyone can plz answer my question that would be great. So i took my 95 civic to my mechanic to do the timing belt and ever since he gave it back my car literally has no power now and when i push the gas in like it wont accelerate. I believe my timing is off. Now obvi im not going back to him and ive only driven the car like this a couple times, im not gonna drive it like this anymore. For the few times that ive driven it like this, did this do major damge to my engine ? I didnt really know until i researched this and learned that driving with the timing off can result in engine damage. Plz someone answer my question ! Also no CEL codes are being thrown, I have replaced distributor, spark plugs, ignitioin wires, tps sensor, still havent changed oxygen sensor. Any other reason why it would be accelerating so poorly, i have also replaced the IAC valve and the Fast idle valve. If any questions for me feel free to ask would appreciate the help thank you.
