Here's the story, so I left for vacation in December and prior to leaving the car started and ran fine, I return about 3 weeks later and then is struggled to start and then shortly after that it just wouldn't budge at all, I replaced the ignition coil and plug wires and yet still nothing, there is also a strong smell of gas in the engine bay when I try to start it but I'm not sure if I'm flooding it or if there's another cause for the odor, the car spends its days sitting in a garage because I still need to legalize it. It's driven occasionally but not very often. Any help would be much appreciated.
