I have a 1996 Honda accord EX 4D. I got the stock F22 and a auto transmission. My question is where can I really start? I’d like to swap to a 5spd eventually but I’ve read that if I’m going for the swap and I want power then my best bet is to swap the engine and tranny at the same time. I want a fun and reliable daily driver. Any advice?

 

Start with suspension, brakes and wheel/tires. Replace all the worn bushings, etc.
