Default 1991 Honda Accord Ex Sedan 2.2 L Over Heating

Let me start on a lil history work I’ve had done to the car. I bought the car about 2 1/2 - 3 years ago. About a week of owning the car it starts over heating and blowing steam out the overflow. I could not figure out why it was nerve racking. So I started getting some small things done to it started with a thermostat and a radiator cap well that didn’t fix it so back to the drawing bored. Then I proceeded with a new radiator put the new radiator in filled it up with coolant crank it and coolant dumps out from under it was told the water pump went bad. Got a new water pump and timing kit had that put on car ran ok for about a week and then it just wouldn’t start at all checked the relay it was fine then someone told me the timing was off. Had that looked at guy said he fixed it well he ended up screwing me over bc I cranked one time and I never seen him again it would just start when it wanted to. Checked the oil and stuff it looked like chocolate milk and white smoke was coming out the back so I saved some money and got the Head gasket fixed and took the head to be resurfaced and cleaned! Car ran great all last summer I was ecstatic! Well it’s winter now and the car is doing the same thing it was doing when I first got it blowing steam out the overflow bought another thermostat and radiator cap and out in it. Do u see where I’m going with this? I’m trying to get it fixed before it blows another head gasket! I have an etc sensor haven’t put it in yet but I don’t think that’s what it is but idk can someone please help on what I need to do please. I’m still driving it. I can make it to work and back before it starts really over heating I know I shouldn’t but it’s only car I got rn! I’m going to get a radiator fan when I get off and put it in bc I feel like it isn’t working properly.
*Side note-Mice chewed threw Wire harness where it goes to relay resauldered it back together before I took it to get head gasket fixed!
Any help is much appreciated thank you!!!!

You sure your thermostat is still good? They go bad every few years for me

Also, you should run a compression test

Yes I just changed the thermostat 2 days ago! Haven’t done a compression test yet I’ll try that when I get off work what should the compression be?
