ya umm i'm try'n to install headers on my v-tech and.......

anyways..i bought a P.O.S tower bar for my civic and when i recived it the end clamps don't bolt on to my tower bolts but, the bolt into a spot that looks like there should be holes but are covered by metal so i would have 2 drill holes 4 the bolts..
anyone have this expirence before?? and if so how useful is it in that location??

You have to drill the holes out, on some civic, the marks are ther for the holes, but the holes were not cut out.

 

you's a confused man. i didnt know you could put headers on a cordless phone...

those holes with plates underneath are there to be drilled out. the mugen strut tower bar requires that you drill into them to install their bar. if you got a "POS" bar it shouldnt require any drilling...as bad as it might be, it should still fit perfect. it SHOULD attach to the shock towers - no drilling would be needed. you might have brought the wrong application for your car.

Vtech phones have a V engine configuration?

I looked under http://www.newbiebars.com but couldnt find anything. Any more info?

 

thanks 4 the help guys. i figured i would have 2 drill those holes i've only seen the ones that screw to the shock tower... how effictive is it where you drill the holes? will it bend the tower where the bar is mounted under hard cornering?
