K24 vs K20 weight, physical height

Default K24 vs K20 weight, physical height

Just wondering the weight difference and physical height difference between the k20 and k24, i am swapping this into my 2100lb civic hatch and if the k24 will negatively affect the handling ill go with the k20

They are nearly identical in weight. The K24 just has an extra 13mm of deck height and the small amount of weight associated with that.

A fully dressed K24Z7 with transmission as it comes in a 9th Gen SI is 474 pounds.

The actual difference in height between the K20 and K24 block is 19.7mm... basically 3/4". The exact weight difference escapes me right at this moment... but I think it is only about 20 pounds.
