Default 1996 Honda Accord Question

I've had a '96 Accord for about 5 years now. It has everything I love in a car - it runs and is paid off. End of list. I was checking fluid levels (because it is losing power steering fluid and antifreeze, but a problem for another day) and noticed this hose is cracked and wires are sticking out. That doesn't seem right. What is this hose/cord called? So I know what to ask for to get itrepaired. Thanks!

That is the protective wire loom. Unless a wire got damaged, it isn't a big concern. You can use some electrical tape to re-wrap over it if you like, without replacing it.

You can also buy that conduit and re-wrap it if you like. It is pretty cheap if i recall
