Icon2 possible clockspring issue?

hello all, its been a while! so im having issues with the clockspring maybe. i had the column disconnected for some other reason and the wheel spun on me. i was curious about the clockspring but i realized the steering wheel turns both ways indefinitely. headlights work, hazards work still. there was no noise of anything breaking. no pieces on the floor or anything that would indicate a problem. also, when i turn on the turn signal and turn the wheel back gain, it operates in the normal function. did i break the clockspring?

Does the horn / cruise control work? Did the airbag light turn on?
