Blower motor problems
Yes check the bottom of the air diverter box in the center console area of the dash board. It controls where the air goes and if the motor setup inside for the environmental controls fails or the connecting mechanism is broken, it could be permanently diverted to defrost or floor and never come out the dash vents.
You could also check for electrical continuity to the environmental controls too. If the switches aren't working, the electricity will never reach the motor to change flapper positions.
