I was wondering what is the best way to remove the motor out of the cb7 accord

 

I remove the engine and transmission together out through the hood on 90-93. My 89's and older is easiest to drop out the bottom and use the engine hoist to lift the body.

 

Definitely up and over. Remove the 3 mounts if doing engine only and make sure the engine is hooked to the hoist. Check the bolts on the engine hook tab loop thing to make sure everything is on nice and tight, then take the entire thing out as a unit. You will have to find a way to disconnect the exhaust (exhaust manifold or lower down)

If taking the trans with it, its one more mount, but then you need to remove axles and all that jazz
