There is this recall - Service Bulletin 21-053 for the humming noise that the ANC module makes.

My question is I recently bought a 2018 Accord hybrid and I've been noticing this issue, but the problem is that my car is Canadian and the recall will not show up here.

Is there anyway to get honda canada to fix this under recall as it is a Canadian car (Maybe imported and registered here).

Technical service bulletins are not recalls, unless specifically noted as related to a recall; generally, they are to help Honda technicians with known issues. Issues noted in TSBs do not necessary apply to all vehicles. Normal warranty applies.

It is not a recall and wouldn't be covered as a recall. But, you can even mention the service bulletin to the dealership in Canada regarding the issue you're experiencing.
