Default Seized tie rod set nut

So I have a 93 Del Sol and I'm changing both the tie rod inners and outers but as of right now I'm going to just do the outers, but I cannot get the set nut unseized no amount of wire brushing penetrating fluid or torching it is getting it free. I cramped up trying to use all of my strength to break it free any suggestions? Or should I just say screw it and take off the inner and do my best to make the lengths the same and guesstimate the alignment till I can get it to a shop.

If you can remove the inners/outers at the same time, do that and save yourself the headache.

All right kind of figured but I didn't know if there's something that would go screwy from doing that.
Thank you.
