Will 215/45r17s fit on a 2000 civic? It's a 4dr sedan with stock suspension. Not sure of the offset. Pic attached for reference. Placed in front of current wheels Retrofit (studs too short?)
Does that look to you like it fits ? When using 17" wheels, the P205/40R17 is on par with the OE wheel/tire package. The P215/45R17 is an inch and a half taller and over an inch wider than the stock tire size. The studs are fine... you MUST use "tuner" style lug nuts which are narrow and will fit inside the lug holes in the wheel you have pictured. The OE lug nuts will NOT work.

I thought maybe the tire would fit under the wheel well perfectly once properly bolted on.. I just had a friend tell me something simular that the 205/40r17s are the biggest you can go with 17s that won't rub
Im running 215-40-17 on 17"x7.5" et 45 and lowerd. my front rub pretty good at full turn, and hit the top of the well on big bumps. rear is a few mm away from everything, trailing arm is the closest but dont rub.
