There looks like two extra cables coming out of the positive terminal. I was suspecting it was some aftermarket add-ons but the clip for the cable on the airbox looks OEM. I tried to trace down through the harness but these two end up tucking with others going to the fuse box or the cabin.
Then I checked some other pictures online and found similar cables on some of the pics. I also tried to find something in the service manual but nothing was found.
Does anyone know what these are connected to?

That should be the automatic shoulder belt power. Looks like someone hacked off the factory fuse box and installed what you see there.
