Default HF swap to d16y7, Intake manifold question.

Hi guys i'm new here. I picked up an 88 HF last fall off a buddy including an 98 civic, Winter here so i can't drive it till spring which is sad. This car is only going to be a daily driver. Anyways the HF still has the D15B6 in it and runs like a top at 256k but randomly the thought came to my head swapping the civics engine which my guess is the D16Y7 i actually can't confirm that right now since its buried in the snow on his property at the moment but i do remember clearly how funky the intake was on it with a box at the back on top of the intake manifold. I've read a couple forums that mention that it's very possible to do and doesn't appear to be that hard. From what i've gathered i can use the HF transmission, axles, harness pretty much everything all i'd need to swap over is to switch the Engine mount off the HF to the Y7, PM6 ECU, Rewire the coolant fan, Change the intake manifold to something different than the HF or Y7. My thoughts was a PM6 or are there any other suggestions? If i did get an PM6 can i swap over the throttle body from the Y7 onto it? And would i need IACV or run anything else special for the intake? Can i swap the injectors and fuel rail from the Y7 over to a PM6? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
