Default Blown Q34 Transistor on a P72, Can this ECU be saved?

Just bought a OBD1 P72 that was chipped and as soon as I got home I opened it up and checked for any damages and noticed the transistor for Q34 is missing and the circuit was burnt. Am I SOL or can this be saved? If so where can I purchase a transistor for that circuit?

Looks like someone had Ray Charles do some soldering.

Looks worse than it is. Should be easy to salvage if put in the right hands.

easily repairable. as stated, who ever pulled the bad part either had the wrong iron or they are in need of some more practice soldering.
