Icon4 Should I run-away from this HR-V

Hi guys,
Getting a pretty sweet deal on 2016 HR-V. However, there is some noise coming from serpentine belt area. Is this a major or minor repair?

Sounds like the bearings on the AC compressor pulley. It changes when the AC clutch is pulled in.

About $60 bearing and an hour or so of labor to make right.

Just need an ac clutch kit and a 2 arm puller to get the pulley off if you can get the compressor off so that you can turn it and get a puller on it. Then tap it back on, only tapping the inner race of the bearing pulley so you don't damage it and use the correct shims to make sure the air gap is within spec. It's diy but you might wanna just have a shop do it.
