Hello guys,I been struggling for the last couple of days to figure out the Keyless Entry system I should have on my Civic.
I bought a second hand Civic EUDM Hatchback EK4 Phase 2 year 2000 here is called VTi in Japan is Si-R, not sure if you have it in US, comes with a B16A2.

The things is in the Owner's manual shows this:






So I bought a remote but I couldn't make it wor.




If I look in the center mirror looks like I have something, but that plastic is completely dark, so If it would be IR should have a transparent cover to let the light in.



So I looked at the service manual and says I should have something here but I don't have it:







On the both doors there is a Servo Mechanism

Also have this box on the Driver's door which I'm not sure what it does, ( has way too many cables, for being just the door actuator management)





So what do you think? My Civic came with OEM Keyless entry system from factory or not? Before I start pulling panels outs, where do you think I should look?
