I have had this honda civic D17A for about three years now and for the past year i have been having issues with it.I have read some other discussion and no luck still. I have few different mechanics as well who couldn't find the exact issue.So far i have done,
1. Replaced the throttlebody with used one
2. New TPS
3. Cleaned the throttlebody and IACV
4.Brand new spark plugs
5.transmission service
6.OEM Oxygen sensor
7. Fuel injector treatments
8.New battery and new belts

So my issue is,When i come to an stop light idle goes to 0rpm and goes back up to 500rpm with minimal shake from the engine.Its worst on Cold weather or Cold engine.Once the car warmed, its a bit better but still do go down.This Happens on the Drive gear when i comes to a complete stop(depressing brake normally).So i tried to use Neutral and see what it does and with neutral no idle issues at all.I really needs some help and i couldnt find much regarding to this.
