What is wrong with yours?
They are the same generation, but I don't know if a mid-generation refresh might have affected it.
Do they look the same?
The cluster is different in my 2004 Camry than my 2002 Camry.
I have never had two Hondas of the same generation.

Um the tachometer is all over the place. The speedometer is 20 to 30 mph that's bouncing all over the place half the time the gas gauge don't work and the miles or trip don't roll anymore
Maybe try removing the cluster and inspect all the trace wires on the circuit film looking for any burnt leads or burnt out bulbs that may contribute to faulty circuits.
Use a multimeter and do a continuity test probing each end of the trace wires to confirm which ones are functioning correctly and hopefully find the bad connection(s).
I would try to find the problem before replacing parts just to be sure since replacing the cluster is going to have a different odometer reading then your car. Idk if you care about that..
Definitely seems like there is something going on in the cluster since the issues are being fed from 3 different sources.
You could easily do this if your into testing or if you just want to replace it, I do believe the earlier model should work just fine. Just take a couple pics of the backside and underside of yours, do a comparison of yours and the replacement before handing over money.
