Default 2000 Honda Accord rough idle

Hey there! I recently ran I to an issue with my 2000 Honda Accord with 300,000 miles- it hit out of nowhere and showed no signs beforehand. I was driving when it happened and immediately got off the road once I felt it. It has a really rough idle, and a very rank smell coming from the exhaust, as well as the CEL flashing on and off occasionally. I did some diagnosing with a reader and these are the codes that come up;

1/8 P1457 Manufacturer control

2/8 P0401 Exhaust Gas recirculation flow insufficient detected

3/8 P1399 Manufacturer control

4/8 P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder misfire detected

5/8 P1457 Manufacturer control

6/8 P0305 Cylinder 5 misfire

7/8 P0301 Cylinder 1 misfire.

Any thoughts or recommendations? If someone could explain exactly what these codes mean tnag would be awesome.

Thanks.

It looks like I am the best you got.
My condolences.
In order to improve emissions and fuel economy cars since 1995 have piped some exhaust back into the engine. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.
This gets clogged and can cause a misfire.
Cleaning the EGR passages doesn't look too bad. You shouldn't need to replace anything, just spray some carburetor cleaner:
