Default NEED HELP PLEASE/ Motor swap 92 LX d16y7

I have a 92 Honda Civic lx, I have swapped the motor to a 96 D16y7. The car runs just does not run right it is missing the crank shaft sensor on the engine harness would I need to swap out the harness and ecu or only swap the harness or is there another way around it. Car will run just when it hits around 2500 rpm it bogs down and stalls out

Install your original COMPLETE intake manifold (including throttle body, fuel rail and fuel injectors), and use your original LX engine harness. If you can bolt on your LX distributor - do it. If not, purchase an OBD-1 -> OBD2A distributor plug adapter and plug up the Y7 distributor. Ignore the crank fluctuation sensor. Make sure you use the original fuel feed line from the LX. Keep the P06 ECU. Everything should be fine.
